Representative Gruenberg gave notice of reconsideration of the vote                                                             
on CSHB 161(RES) (page 1761).                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
reconsideration of CSHB 161(RES) be taken up on the same day.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Objection was heard and withdrawn.  There being no further objection,
