Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 161(RES) be taken up on the same day. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, the following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 161(RES) "An Act relating to auctions or raffles for big game harvest permits and to the selection of nonprofit organizations to conduct auctions and raffles for the Department of Fish and Game." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 161(RES) pass the House?"
